We firmly believe that many ( non contact) injuries can result from a dysfunction along the kinetic chain; which is made up of the core musculature and it’s component parts that work together to create gross motor and sports-related movements, such as running, jumping, kicking or throwing. When muscle weakness, tension, or decreased bioawareness occurs, this can potentially lead to injury.
Our intention is to prepare our local athletes for top shape performance by giving them an edge over the competition while preparing them for the athletic demands of their sport. This includes focusing on proper body mechanics, strength training, and sport-specific drills to help accelerate their training to help them achieve their athletic goals, while keeping them in the game!
